Generating sufficient, sustainable, profitable income has never felt a bigger challenge for agencies.
But it is still possible as the value add to client businesses can and should be transformational.
The question is how to be valued appropriately in return.
Having had three successful career chapters (in agencies, as a CMO and as a Board member), I can help unlock that value by sharing what I wish I had known back when I was an account wo/man.
